    Our 7 step program includes:

    • 1

      C-20 Organic Soil Conditioner, a carbon based food source for the existing soil microbes and targeted selective weed control applied in late winter or early spring (February/March)

    • 2

      A granular fertilizer application with crabgrass preventative and targeted selective weed control applied in early spring (March/April)

    • 3

      A liquid broadleaf / post-emergent crabgrass combination application and targeted selective weed control applied in late spring (April/May)

    • 4

      A granular fertilizer application with grub control and targeted selective weed control applied in early summer (June)

    • 5

      Targeted liquid selective herbicide applications for nutsedge, grassy, broadleaf weeds and targeted selective weed control applied in summer (July/August)

    • 6

      Aeration, over seeding, spot renovation and fertilization will start early fall (August/ September)

    • 7

      A granular fertilizer with a slow release nitrogen to be applied in early winter (November/December)

    Fungicide applications are made on an as needed basis. These services are billed on a time and material basis.
